Executive Speech Delivery Coaching and Panel Training for Exceptional Global Leaders
Master Your Executive Presence, Own the Room
and Deliver High-Stakes Speeches with Confidence
Even the most strategic speechwriting can fall flat without effective public speaking coaching, executive presence and confident delivery.
Hi, I’m Brent Kerrigan, an executive speechwriter and public speaking coach based in Geneva.
With over 15 years providing personalized speech delivery coaching and strategic messaging, I’ve helped CEOs, diplomats and global leaders:
Command the stage and captivate their audience.
Deliver messages with confidence and clarity.
Navigate high-stakes interviews, panels, and speeches with precision.
Whether you’re preparing for a global keynote, media interview, press tour or panel discussion, I’ll help you refine your delivery so that you walk in prepared, poised and ready to own the room.

What I’ve Observed
After over 15 years as an executive speechwriter, broadcaster, and public speaking coach, I’ve discovered why most executive communication training fails — they have no idea about the world in which the CEO or global leaders operate.
I’ve seen it firsthand. A coach walks in, asks an executive to “act like their favorite animal,” prowl the stage, wave their arms, and crack jokes (which, trust me, never land).
That’s not what leaders need. They don’t want radical reinvention. They want practical, high-impact adjustments they can apply immediately.
They don’t have time to memorize speeches. They need to know how to speak from notes effectively, refine their voice, emphasize key points, improve eye contact and command authority.
They don’t want to be a trainer’s pet project. They want expert coaching that respects their time and enhances their natural strengths.
I specialize in helping leaders refine their authentic speaking style and elevate their impact — whether for a keynote series, a critical panel, or a one-time high-stakes event.
I get it. Sometimes, the only chance you have to practice is in the car on the way to the event. That’s why I focus on real-world strategies that make an immediate difference.

Why Delivery Matters
Your strategic messaging is only as powerful as your delivery. Effective executive speech delivery coaching ensures that your high-stakes speeches:
build trust with your audience;
hold attention in high-stakes moments; and
leave lasting impact that drives action.
The most successful leaders know that owning the room is just as important as crafting the words. That’s why I go beyond writing to offer personalized coaching that ensures every word resonates and every moment counts.
Who This is For
Patricia Espinosa at the opening plenary of the Bonn climate conference (Photo: IISD/ENB | Kiara Worth). I had the pleasure of collaborating with Ambassador Espinosa for several years in her roles as Ambassador of Mexico to Germany and UNFCCC Executive Secretary.
CEOs, corporate executives and government leaders seeking personalized speech delivery coaching for global keynotes, investor updates and critical board meetings.
Executives needing strategic preparation for tough media interviews, executive panels, or high-stakes Q&A sessions with minimal prep time.
Panelists and speakers who need to stand out in discussions and command authority.
I’m not giving you a few years of experience — I’m giving you a lifetime.
I’m not new to writing or delivering speeches — it’s been part of my life for as long as I can remember.
Sure, the red turtlenecks, yellow pants, and hockey jackets are long gone (and I’m struggling to pull off the spiked mane these days), but my passion for crafting and delivering great speeches remains.
First photo? Me, grade something-or-other, winning my first speech contest (or at least surviving it).
Second? Grade 6, delivering a surprisingly solid speech about being a baseball.
Third? Me playing “let’s pretend I’m a diplomat” at the UN Global Climate Change Negotiations — one of the six COPs I attended.
Last? COP29 in Baku — proof this website isn’t as old as my fabulous graphics make it look.
