Ghostwriting for Leaders Who Shape Policy, Drive Strategy, and Set the Tone for the World
Great leaders don’t just lead.
They shape how people understand what leadership looks like.
In a world driven by noise and volume, the most influential voices are those who speak with focus, credibility, and intention. That’s where I come in.
I work with global leaders, senior executives, and public figures to craft authored content that elevates ideas, reflects voice, and positions them where they belong — in front of the right audience, with the right message, at the right time.
This isn’t ghostwriting by volume. It’s strategic authorship — discreet, thoughtful and grounded in trust.
What I Support
I work with clients on:
Op-eds and strategic articles for major publications
Keynote speeches and panel remarks
Leadership essays, letters and narrative-driven communications.
Long-form content for positioning, legacy, or publication.
Collaborative strategy with communications and policy teams to ensure voice and narrative cohesion.
Every engagement begins with listening — and builds toward a message that feels clear, confident and unmistakably your own.

Leadership in Action: Client Stories
Client Story #1: CEO, Global Building Materials Firm – FTSE 100 / Fortune 500
I was initially brought in to support a FTSE 100 CEO with a series of speeches, but it quickly became clear the real need went deeper than writing. What emerged was a trusted partnership rooted in thought leadership.
Across a series of high-stakes speeches — including a major address to the board following a period of economic recession in the United States — we worked together to refine the company’s overall story, reinforce leadership presence and ensure that what was said publicly reflected confidence and vision.
The resulting message struck exactly the right balance. It helped steady internal confidence, align the leadership narrative with the company’s growth strategy, and set the tone for what came next.
Not long afterward, the company advanced from the FTSE 100 to the Fortune 500 — a trajectory built on performance, yes, but also strengthened by clear leadership and consistent messaging.
That experience was also a turning point in my career and helped shape my approach. I realized that the real value I bring isn’t just in shaping strong speeches — it’s in helping leaders own their message, build trust and speak with intention at the moments that matter most.
Client Story #2: Executive Secretary, UN Climate Change — Crisis Communication
During a high-stakes COP negotiation, protestors blocked a plenary hall and were removed by security. What followed was significant tension — online accusations, media pressure and uncertainty from UN leadership in New York. In fact, it threatened to take the focus off of the negotiations — just when that focus was needed most.
With no clear guidance from headquarters and an escalating situation, I worked directly with the Executive Secretary and our communications team to find a solution — one that could satisfy civil society, security leadership, the press and the broader UN system. Through long hours and steady coordination, we crafted a message at 4 a.m. that deescalated tensions, allowed for resolution and kept the focus where it belonged: on the negotiations.
The result? A public agreement that restored access, reinforced institutional principles, and prevented a damaging narrative from overtaking the summit. By the next day, what could have dominated headlines had become a footnote.
In moments like this, writing is only part of the work. The real challenge is knowing what to say, how to say it, and when to step forward with calm decisiveness, especially when the world is watching.
